The Exuberant Accountant - Scott Heintzelman

Tonight I attended the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania dinner.  We already knew we made the list of the top 50 medium sized companies to work for (now on the list 6 of the past 7 years), but at this event you learn your place on the list.  We finished 28th!!  What a humbling and exciting evening.  Without our committed and talented team members, we would never make this list.  I have said many times before that the key to McKonly & Asbury's success is our happy and engaged employees.  When people buy into your leadership, are happy, enjoy working with their co-workers…they give much better service to your customers.  I consider myself blessed to be a part of this team and this culture.
